Order Changes & Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@absowell.com.

Please note that some orders are processed and shipped quickly, and cancellation may not always be possible.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange.

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and invoice

International Orders

We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@absowell.com.

Refunds for international orders do not include duties, taxes, or tariffs.
